I am a new member of the Water Street Studios Artists Collective at the beautiful Water Street Studios in Batavia, IL.  The month of July will be my first show with the group and I am very excited to be a part of this vibrant and energetic artist community.  The show will be on exhibit July 9- August 8 with an opening reception on Friday August 9 from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Honorable Mention Award at Bridegeport Art Center Biennial

 I received an Honorable Mention Award for my painting "Sometimes in a Hurry" in the 9th Annual Bridgeport Art Center Biennial Competition.  This was a huge surprise for me and I was actually shocked when I received the news.  The Bridgeport Art Center is located in Chicago at 1200 W. 35th Street.  The exhibit is in the 4th floor gallery and will run from May 21- July 2, 2021.
